Christchurch Beaches

These are beaches to the East of Christchurch which is itself East of Bournemouth. They stretch from Mudeford Sandbank to Highcliffe beach.

Avon Beach is the most popular beach in this area. It is also as far as I know the only privately owned beach along either Bournemouth or Christchurch Bays.

Gundimore beach is little known even though people walk through it on a regular basis to get to Avon beach from Mudeford Quay.

Mudeford sandbank is the most difficult to access and involves either a walk or a ferry.
